We rely on trusted carriers (USPS and UPS) to deliver your orders quickly and safely. Please note that once your package is in their hands, delivery times may vary, and we are not responsible for delays caused by mail carriers. If your items are not delivered on time, please contact the carrier directly for assistance. Thank you for your understanding.

If you place multiple orders within one day, feel free to email me at grace@sixteenfifteencollective.com to request an order combination. I'll be happy to refund one of your shipping charges upon request.
