Return Policy
Thank you so much for shopping with Sixteen Fifteen Collective! We hope you absolutely love your order, but if for any reason you need to make a return, please take a moment to review our return policy before purchasing.

Apparel (Shirts, Long Sleeves, Crewnecks, Hoodies)
All apparel items are made to order. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on these items. Please review product details, sizing charts, and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

All Other Items
For non-apparel items, returns are accepted for store credit only.
• Items must be returned in their original condition: unwashed, undamaged, and with tags still attached.
• Returns showing makeup, deodorant, stains, pet hair, or other signs of wear will not be accepted.
• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
• We will cover the cost of return shipping.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us at grace@sixteenfifteencollective.com within 2 days of delivery with photos, and we will do our best to make it right.
Color variations of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting, or photo effects do not qualify as damaged.

Final Sale
Sale items, accessories, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Sixteen Fifteen Collective is not responsible for packages once they have been marked as delivered by the postal carrier. The customer assumes full responsibility after packages leave the care of Sixteen Fifteen Collective; this is marketplace standard.
